  • Purpose

    Working with Bibendum Wine Commercial Teams the Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for the delivery of sales support including Sales Administrations, Customer Engagement, New Business Set up and Channel Specific tasks.


    Core Accountabilities

    • Focus on the retention of existing Bibendum Business through customer and account manager relationship management
    • Responsible for the liaison between Account Manager and Trade Team through On Boarding process
    • Ownership of the day to day support of a selection of Bibendum On Trade accounts
    • Administration of critical paths for Tenders
    • General set up of new customers on all systems
    • Adherence to all Business Procedures to provide consistency of service
    • Production of Essential Wine Guides
    • Management of all administrative sales communication both internal and customer facing
    • Liaison with Customer Care over delivery issues
    • Liaison with Credit Control on invoicing/credits/stop
    • Deal with OOS and replacements
    • Ensure all Customer record files are maintained and pricing is kept up to date
    • Production of relevant Sales Reporting as required both internal and external.

    Qualifications & Education:

    ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 4 GCSE’s

    A couple of the key components here is having the ability to manage tasks and processes from end to end, following up on all actions and ensuring that the relevant parties are kept in the loop with clear communication and updates. This role requires the individual to work at pace with an eye on accuracy and detail and the ability to overcome obstacles to get things done, right first time.

    Travel & Other Requirements:

    There may be a requirement to work weekends/bank holidays as directed by the business and travel to other sites where necessary.
