  • About this role

    A hybrid senior project / account manager role overseeing all elements of project and account delivery from budget creation to post event reports and analysis. This role will be an integral part of a small but dynamic team, managing key accounts mainly from the alcohol sector and predominately experiential and activations at live events, festivals and sports events.

    What you'll do 

    • Manage the day to day of key accounts, reporting directly into the Project/Account Director and the Client Services Director/Head of Agency
    • Direct and lead the delivery of your projects (on brief, in time, in budget)
    • Fully P & L accountable: work within your budget and report any overspend
    • Regularly report progress to your line manager
    • Brief and oversee the work of external suppliers who will deliver much of the campaign activity
    • Liaise with the client on logistical and operational matters
    • Deliver end of event reports of campaign results, including key stats and KPI’s achieved
    • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
    • Strong business development and client service skills
    • Respond to internal requests for information relating to new client briefs, pitches and presentations and where required by the Account/Project Director
    • Ensure that the Equals brand values are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
    • Administer the website, assist with social media output
    • Prepare and lead weekly / monthly client status meetings with accompanying documentation

    About you

    • 2-5 years experience in agency (preferably experiential)
    • Experience running your own projects from start to finish
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Confident working with a high degree of autonomy
    • Relationship building & strong communication skills
    • Confident budget management
    • Strong client management experience
    • Ability to contribute to the creative aspects of a project
