What you'll do
You'll support the Finance Director in the leadership of the MC finance function, ensuring that the department drives word class financial management and control process within an appropriate organisation design. Responsible for all elements of financial transactions and control within the business. Drive business process initiatives through to implementation whilst providing appropriate support to the business.
You'll be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all financial reporting to Matthew Clark and the C&C in accordance with corporate guidelines and appropriate financial standards.
You'll drive the function to a cost effective supply of transaction and financial control services to the business, focusing on operational design and business process.
You'll lead the group in balance sheet and cash flow management through the provision of appropriate reporting and behavioural standards.
You'll own for design, implementation and delivery of the finance timetable
You'll be responsible for establishing & maintaining highly focused analysis of business performance across all core business dimensions, with identifiable actions undertaken as well as leadership and personal development of the MC Finance Team through clear targets, measurements and creating a high achievement environment.
You'll be a qualified accountant with several years of experience operating at FC level in a large organisation and have demonstratable people management experience.
