  • What you'll do

    • Lead and manage the team ensuring clear performance objectives are set and regularly monitored via KPI’s and Sales
    • targets
    • Coach and develop the team to ensure they have the necessary support to perform their role
    • Leading the entire sales process from start finish Assessing and managing commercial risk
    • Supporting and driving forward new business development strategies with the managing directors
    • Developing and measuring sales plans and targets in partnership with the team
    • Prepare regular sales & pipeline reports for the Managing Directors and Group
    • Pro‐active drive to improve overall margin at every level. Ensuring minimum event margins are achieved at each event
    • Oversee efficient handover with the Project Management teams
    • Adhoc tasks and projects as required

    ​About you

    You'll have proven Leadership and management skills and you'll be able to demonstrate your Comprehensive knowledge & experience in the industry.  Expert negotiating skills and Influential presentation and communication skills. You will have proven experience managing a team and have the ability to cope with pressures and conflicting work priorities.  You will need experience and managing projects to tight deadlines with high level powerpoint or indesign skills
