  • This position is critical to ensure the on-going development of the Creative & Graphic design teams and with that, the range and quality of work produced in support of the Matthew Clark business.

    About the role

    It will be the responsibility of the job holder to project-manage the end to end process of large scale projects as well as quality checking / critiquing work produced within the National and RBU design teams. Ensure all stakeholders are effectively communicated with and working within agreed timescales in order to deliver work, on time and in full. High levels of communication and an ability to manage cross functionally is essential. In addition, this position will be key to driving the development of the MC brand across the business and to fully support the MC National and Regional sales teams at meetings as required.

    About you

    Good knowledge of Adobe CC software is essential, as well as a good eye for detail and design fundamentals. 

    Experience in preparing files for print and printing techniques is preferrred and a good understanding of typography is desirable. 

    You must have previous experience of team leadership and working within a creative environment with a great portfolio of work to show. This role is ideal for someone who likes to push creative boundaries, develop individuals, thrives under pressure and has a keen interest in the on-trade drinks industry!
