What you'll do
You'll provide a fully comprehensive employee life cycle service to employees (and prospective employees), from recruitment to exit, ensuring effective systems, policies and processes.
You'll develop a best in class approach to employee life cycle management, delivering high quality customer service, with a focus on continuous improvement and the end user.
You'll lead the development and implementation of the resourcing framework, including direction and management of the recruitment management system.
You'll be a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience managing and advising on the employee life cycle in fast-paced, commercial and customer focused organisations.
You'll have experience managing HR projects and working collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver people plans.
You'll be a commercially focussed, hands on, action orientated person with a focus on continuous improvement, front end customer service and translating ‘what if’ into tangible outcomes.
You'll also have be have great Stakeholder management, be able to produce reporting & Insight, manage the people team and more!
