    What you’ll do

    Here, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, dealing directly with some of our biggest customers every day. A trusted figure, you’ll keep in regular contact and make sure that your clients have everything that they want. If there’s a great promotion or new product, you’ll make sure they’re in the know. Commercial savvy and able to spot potential sales opportunities, orders could come via inbound or outbound calls – So if you can build brilliant relationships over the phone, you’ll have what it takes to develop the account and provide a best-in-class service.  
     

    About you

    Understanding our customers and their needs is vital to the business. So you’ve got to have proven sales and customer service skills, plus good commercial awareness. Telesales experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential. What’s really important is industry knowledge and a WSET Intermediate Certificate. With this expertise, you’ll be highly credible and excellent with customers. You can influence, negotiate and forge strong partnerships. You’re just as good with the team, solving problems and pulling your weight.
