    What you’ll do

    Our team deals with calls from all kinds of contacts, from high-profile clients to people within the business. We want each caller to get a fantastic experience, with helpful service and answers for every query. That means guiding our team to do their best, through coaching and training where needed. A source of knowledge, you’ll deal with more complex queries and shape contact centre strategy as part of the leadership team. In short, this is a busy, central role where you’ll build links with stakeholders. Help our team meet targets and your career could grow as fast as our business!

    About you

    Have you worked in Sales or a Contact Centre before, leading teams and driving performance? Can you achieve consistently high levels of service and produce performance and management information? If so, you’re already well on your way to an exciting new role at Matthew Clark. To join us, you’ll also need to know how to manage every stage of the employee life cycle.
