  • This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone who is passionate about wine and looking for their first step into this exciting industry. With a focus on administration and building excellent relationships - both internally and externally - you will gain broad exposure to Bulk Demand Planning /UK packing and be supported by a small but busy team.

     

    What you’ll get up to

    Working alongside the Bulk team, you will be responsible for monitoring the availability of goods, dealing with invoice queries, and assisting with various other administrative tasks, to include:

    • Using weekly shipping reports to accurately flag potential stock risks.
    • Invoicing and managing requirements of customers and suppliers
    • Working with Replenishment and Procurement co-ordinators to help place dry goods orders ensuring 95% of productions occur in accordance with bottling plans
    • Compiling supplier scorecards

     

    What we look for in you

    • Excellent administrative skills and demonstrable experience
    • Able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to build rapport with others, influencing high service levels
    • Experience in Demand Planning preferred
    • Microsoft Office Literate
